I created this blog after overcoming a difficult time in my life, a time when I was a hot mess to say the least.
But that’s a long story, one that I share in my free ebook “Life Spark: How to Overcome Stress, Anxiety & Feelings of Low Worth.”
What you can expect from this blog
My mission here is to teach women how to love themselves again. I went through a time when I felt worthless, like I had nothing of value to give. It sucked.
Here, I share what I’ve learned along my journey of healing.
I am not an expert by any means nor do I claim to have my life totally together. I don’t believe anyone can say that their life is perfect (perfection is not the goal). Everyone has room for improvement.
Right now, I write from my personal experiences and share those ideas and practices I’ve read about and have used successfully in my own life.
Everything I write comes from my underlining belief that taking a holistic approach to living your life is the key ingredient to living a life full of joy + happiness.
Who will benefit most from reading this blog
Now that you have a better idea of what type of blog this is, how does that translate into helping you? While I wish I could help everyone, those who would learn the most from me would fall into one of the following three categories:
- You are on a journey of spiritual growth. You wonder why you were put on this Earth, what that mission is, and need answers to help you navigate through the challenges you currently face now that you’ve taken a bold stand despite fears to do what you’ve always dreamed of. You need regular encouragement in order to keep pushing through your trials.
- You want to take a more natural approach to healing mental issues of stress, anxiety, and depression. You know that you must get a handle on your mental well-being in order to perform at your optimal highest self. You want help monitoring your thoughts before they spiral out of control. You’re interested in learning more about using meditation and yoga to quiet your mind.
- You need guidance on ways to connect to the core of who you are so that you can make better life decisions. You believe that having a deeper connection to your source (God) will provide clarity and direction for your lives.
